Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy amaryllis has bloomed and now all that is left are the leaves. The plant is contained in a red ball pot with a small hole in the top. I don’t know how to take it out of the ball, so how can I care for it? I do hope I can save it. I am very new at this. Thank you so much for your help.

You can leave it in the container it is in, if you would like. They do best in cramped containers, actually. This article will help you with caring for it now that the blooms are gone: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/amaryllis-hippeastrum/amaryllis-care-instructions-how-to-care-for-an-amaryllis.htm [1]
