Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comOur roses developed dark, spikey shoots last year. These did not look normal. We cut the bushes back in the Fall. We are seeing dark, spikey shoots appear again. Should we be concerned or just keep pruning them off?
