Q.Care of Yuccas

Anonymous added on April 17, 2014 | Answered

Our yuccas have been outside for about 3 years, but this year the temperature in February fell to minus 8 and now our yuccas have all got white/yellow leaves. The stalks were soft but have now dried out and are solid. Should we cut off the leaves and start the plants again or wait and see if the leaves recover?

These are fairly tough plants, so with some TLC, it should recover. This article will help with its care: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/foliage/yucca/yucca-cold-weather.htm
