Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted year old peach trees last spring but didn’t prune them back. What should I do at this point? Is it too late to cut off all the branches?

I would wait to prune them. Not pruning them is not going to hurt them, especially for as young as it is. Wait until next year and prune as you should.
