Care of my orchid after flowers drop off

Question

There are still leaves on the plant. I am continuing to water normally. The flowers have dropped off my indoor orchid. Do I cut the stem down to the leaves and will it grow back?

You can dead head the orchid as the flowers fade and when the orchid is done blooming you can prune.
