I have leaf damage and don’t know what the best fertilizer would be (organic). Please help.

If you are looking to help regrow foliage, use a fertilizer that is a little higher in nitrogen. Plants use nitrogen to grow/regrow leaves. Don't go overboard with the nitrogen though, as too much can inhibit the plant from fruiting.
