Care of Hibiscus

What kind of spray is best for treating hibiscus, as well as other flowers for insects/bugs, etc. ?

I would recommend neem oil. It is safe for humans and pets but is effective at treating most insect pests. It’s also a great fungicide. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm ^[1]
