Care of Hibiscus

Question

Have recently transitioned my healthy hibiscus from indoors, where it wintered, to outdoors, where it spends April through Oct. Have done this routine well for 2 years. Suddenly all leaves are yellow. Have tried not watering, watering, fertilizing, etc. Ideas? Is it just at the end of its lifespan? Thanks for your help.
