can I use either Apple Cider Vinegar or Baking Soda as a fertilizer on and English Ivy?

English Ivy rarely need fertilizing.

If you do need to fertilize, use a fertilize with high nitrogen for the green leaves.

I would not recommend vinegar or baking soda.
