Care of Dwarf Papyrus

I purchased a Dwarf Papyrus. I see it can be grown in water or soil. If growing in water, should it be in the pot I purchased it in or should I remove entire rootball from pot and place it in the water?

Yes, you need to keep it in the pot when you submerge it, unless you have an extremely deep bed of mud. Read more here: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/foliage/papyrus/papyrus-plants.htm [1]
