Care of Alocacia seedlings

I germinated many, many alocacias from seed. They germinated quickly, and most now have 2 leaves. I did them in a tray. I have tried repotting now into bags, but most of those I moved have died. How should I handle the seedlings at this stage?

Allow them to get larger before attempting to repot.
