care for damaged tree

My rubber trees are placed outside during the summer months and thrive very well. Trees are approximately 5 feet in height and very thick with leaves. They were damaged by a hail storm and the leaves were ripped on the exposed side. What can I do with them now? It really distracts from their beauty. Will it survive if I cut it back and, if so, how far?

I’m sorry your plants were damaged.

Here is a link on pruning the plant. If the damage is so extensive, perhaps propagating some new plants would be an option.
