Q.Can You Tell Me What Kind Of Plant This Is. It’s 7 Years Old.

This plant was in a funeral basket for my mom. I really want to take proper care of it because it means a lot to me. I have it in the corner of my breakfast area in an east window. It’s not getting full sun only partial.
Should I transplant into a pot by itself? Will it ever get full? Any info you could give me would be appreciated! Thank you

The plant with the fan-like leaves is probably a Parlor palm, Fan palm or another species of Chamaerops. The taller, upright plant is more than likely Dracaena fragrans, or the Fragrant Dracaena.
