Q.Can you take geraniums out of their pots in June and replant in a flower bed

You don't say how long they have been in pots, but generally, yes. You can replant anytime except in the hottest part of the summer. When it gets to about 90 degrees, it's best not to add heat stress on top of transplant shock. Here is more information on planting roses.
