Can you suggest fall thru winter small, colorful plants for front yard? I live in north Florida 33544

Question

Making space 9’x 11′ for a small front yard flower garden. I have a flag pole in the middle and a navy ship deck bell from WWI hanging in the back close to the front door. I am also putting in a circular stone wall around the flag pole first circle will be 30″ in Dia. Second tier will 12″ in dia.
