Q.Can You Root A Branch From A Red Japanese Maple Tree

Zone New Bern, NC | Anonymous added on May 14, 2021 | Answered

Can a branch from a red Japanese maple tree be rooted? I haven’t had much luck when I find babies under the tree. I just found some more. Suggestions how to get them to grow & live.

The suckers are from the rootstalk and won't produce the same tree.
