Q.Can You Provide A Photo Of The Overall Shape Of The Cornus Capitata & Cornus Angustata, Full View Of Tree.
Will the Cornus Capitata & Angustata do well in the valley areas where it gets warmer , inland & east of San Francisco ? Does this tree grow with lateral branching and a flatter top ?

I would call the Kousa dogwood more dome shaped in the canopy. The Angustata is more pyramidal. They do best up to zone 9 and your location is in 9b and 10 so you are right on the edge. It may be a little warm for these trees.
