Q.Can you identify this plant please.

It has grown between my roses. At first I thought it might be a tree peony as I know I did plant a couple about two years ago, but I’m now worried that it might be something nasty!

The leaf structure and shape looks like a variety of Peony. Perhaps one planted there prior to the rosebushes that has decided to grow again. I do not see any typical peony bloom buds on it but perhaps they were damaged somehow and fell off. You could dig down and dig it out. Move it to another location where you can keep an eye on it to see if buds for blooms develop.
