Can You Identify This Plant

Question

This plant is growing out of our living room carpet There is no smell/dampness It appears healthy Can you tell what it is and should we let it keep growing

Do you have a periwinkle (Vinca minor vine) growing outside? It looks similar to that. Mine moved into the corner of our sunroom. There is no need to keep it. I would pull it out.
