Can you grow a flowering Dogwood in Utah?

We live in Monroe, Utah, kind of in the middle of the state. This valley is about 5,500 feet above sea level. We spent some time in central Tennessee and fell in love with the Dogwood trees and would like to plant some if they will survive and flourish here. I would like your advice.
