Most wild, or ornamental citrus do not contain juice. Most of them are rind inside, or hollow with seeds. Some have fruit that is so acidic that it can burn skin with long exposure.
It is safe to assume that it will not be edible. That doesn't mean that it is toxic. It just means that it isn't considered edible. It is always best to test a small amount on skin, first, or on the top of the tongue. If it starts burning or showing signs of distress, don't eat them.
