Can you buy bagged “green manure” to add to soil?

Is it possible to buy “green manure” that’s already been grown, harvested, and bagged to add to my soil?

Yes, you can buy that. It’s a often a little harder to find, but it is available. You might have to go to a serious garden center or nursery to find it.
