Q.Can Wildflowers That Have Been Started In Seed Trays Be Left To Overwinter Or Must I Plant Them In The Ground

I would not leave them in seed trays outside over the winter. You don't have harsh winters, but I suggest either planting them or moving them into a garage or basement that doesn't freeze.
