If you have worked with anything over 33 percent, you will understand how badly that this stuff can burn your skin. Concentrated peroxide more than 33% is quite hard to come by, here, so do be careful. It can be deadly.
I would dilute it, first, to a 3 percent solution, then take that diluted solution and put that into and dilute it further.
So once you get your 50% solution down to 3%, you can use that 3% at 1/4 strength. for every 1 liter of 3 percent peroxide, you will use 3 liters of water.
The preferred method will be fungicides. They can be applied as a foliar spray, and soil drench. This article will help:
