The Washingtonian and Mexican petunia’s are close to sick sago. Can the bugs/mold get onto other plants?

Yes, many insects and pathogens are transmitted by air movement, water splash and physical transfer. I suggest taking a sample to your local agricultural extension office for identification and recommendations.
