Unfortunately, there are many diseases that cause this, and you will need to contact your nearest agricultural extension service for testing. It could be anything from Fusarium, Verticillium, Anthracnose, Armillaria, to bacterial diseases and fluoride toxicity. Many times, general fungicides will be recommended, so I would try that, first.
