Q.Can Old Flower Carpet Roses Be Revived?
Want to move since don’t do well and wondering if I would dig them up and put in pots with new soil if they would come back like new? Also can I put them in pots and put in a huge cement cistern and overwinter outside with leaves on top? I want to move soon if able to revive.. Thanks in advance

Transplanting plants and roses takes a toll on their strength. So doing a double move if they are not doing well could kill them. However the Flower Carpet roses are usually pretty hardy.
Water them well with some water that has a vitamin product in it the day before each move/transplant. Then once planted, water them again with a fresh batch of the mix. Once
they have been moved to their more permanent home, water them in with water that has both vitamin and root stimulator in it. Water them with a fresh batch of this double product mix the next 4 to 5 times they need watering. This will give them the best shot at coming on strong for you.
Once they get to growing, give them some Kelp Meal, they will love you for it.
