Q.Can Lobelia Seeds Be Pot Planted With Daffodil Bulbs?

My daffodils are a double blooms apricot colored and I don’t want to kill them with the wrong companion seeds. They have had their blooming season so I want another plant to bloom meanwhile.

The daffodil bulbs are gathering energy for next year till the leaves yellow and die out. Another plant can hide some of the fading foliage. Make sure there is plenty of room in the container for another plant so they don't compete for nutrients. These articles should help:
