Q.Can Light Therapy Products Help Restore Plant Health?
Have light therapy (also referred to as “photobiomodulation”) products ever been tested to see if they can restore damaged or overly sun-exposed plants to healthy growth? I am specifically interested in saving a young potted cactus plant that was left out too long in 100+ degree sun and suffered damage. I know these light products help people and animals in various applications, and wondered if they could also help reset a plant’s wellbeing. Is there any research that suggests it can?

I am not finding any research that shows light therapy is beneficial to plants. The article below says its use has not been studied much in plants.
