Can I Use Fertilizer Pellets for Seedlings?

ccarr1971 added on April 8, 2014 | Answered

I have young tomato plants that have taken on their real leaves. I am using the bio dome system. The fertilizer I need has been delayed so I picked up some osmocote 14-14-14 plant food pellets. Can I dissolve them in water and apply to the water in the trays and, if yes, how much should I use?
