Q.Can I Use Beach Sand For My Container Grown Lilies

This will include salt & ground up shells. Will the salt affect the lilies badly?

Potted lilies actually like some sand in the soil, but beach sand may be too salty. If you have the means of washing the salt out of the sand, it might work. But I suspect unwashed beach sand would be too salty for your plant and would likely be harmful to the plant. River or lake sand would be better. Here's an article about containerized lilies:
