Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comCan I transplant a Bahama cassia tree (about 6 feet), and if so, how should it be done? Tree is about 6′ tall. You can shake the tree and see the ball move. This is September, so it is only 2 months before flowering begins. The tree is VERY healthy. The tree is about 6 years old. I want to move it because it’s too close to the house.

I would wait until early spring to move and transplant the tree. Doing so when the tree is blooming would likely shock the tree and kill it.
Here are links to help refresh you on the growing conditions for the new spot in the garden.
Beautiful tree!
