Q.Can I Store Bulbs In The Fridge Until May Of 2025?
I have 100 each of tulip and daffodil bulbs I wont be able to plant until next may

Yes that should be fine. Be sure they are not stored near fruit (ethylene gas) or it can prevent blooming or even kill the bulbs. You can store the bulbs in peat moss in perforated bags. Check them occasionally for soft bulbs (rot) and remove those. You also can store them in the garage if it doesn't freeze. If it does freeze, just add more protection.
They may not bloom next year if planted in May because the roots won't have time to establish. You may want to force a few to bloom inside in containers. Here is more:
