can i salvage green fallen apricots?

My apricot tree was shook, knocking a lot of green/half green apricots off. Is it possible to ripen the apricots in the house without them going bad?

Green Apricots, even a tinge of green will not ripen off the tree.

If the fruit is hard but no green, it can ripen off the tree.
