Can I revive my rainbow chard after it has gone to seed?

We had a fantastic crop in our wicking beds and there is now some new growth coming up from underneath the old leaves – but is it better to dig it up and start afresh?

It is usable but it can become quite bitter and tough if left to bolt. It is recommended to start fresh each crop season. This article will give you more information on the care of these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/swiss-chard/how-to-grow-swiss-chard.htm [1]
