Q.Can I Put In Coffee Grounds In My House Plants?

I have some African violets, Christmas cactus, prayer plant and rex begonia. Will this help the soil yes or no?

Coffee grounds are more helpful in the garden. They add organic material to the soil to help with drainage and loosen the soil. Your indoor plants are probably in commercial potting soil and already are well draining. Used coffee grounds do not change the pH of soil. If you have a compost pile, they are excellent for composting. Here is more:
