Q.Can I prune my peach tree even if it’s already started growing fruit?
Tree is only 2 years old. I have never pruned it. Peaches were plentiful last year although ants invaded. The limbs are already drooping & last year limbs almost reached the ground because there was so much fruit.

It's always best to prune a fruit tree in the early spring. However, you can remove blossoms/buds to reduce the number of fruits.
