Q.Can I Plant Cherry Pits In Pots In August. I Have Kept Pits In The Fridge For 8 Weeks

Can I leave pots out side or should I bring indoors till next year. I have prepared pots with compost and vermiculite

You can plant them outside. Keep in mind that it may not get cold enough through the winter to allow cherries to grow properly. Your area is most equivalent to our USDA zone 9. This will mean than only a few cherry cultivars are suited for this region.
