Can I Plant ‘blind’ Daffodils Again To Flower?

I have read that I must not cut them back before 6 weeks, plant deeper, place in the sun. Thank you

Yes. After the foliage has withered, move the daffodils to a full sun (6 hours or more) location. Plant the bulbs twice as deep as their height.
