Q.Can I Grow Tomato Well, During Rainy Season?

My area is in Africa, Equator region, during the months June, July August.

If it's very hot, over 32 degrees C, (90 F.), tomatoes won't set fruit. They need about 2 inches of water a week. Do you have a sheltered place to raise them, to protect them from too much rain or heat? Here is more:
