can i divide a 3 trunk crape mrytle

I bought a crape myrtle and it has 3 trunks. Can I divide them and have 3 separate trees?

While it looks like they could be separated into separate trees by division, sadly, they cannot.

Crepe myrtles, however, can be propagated by seed, roots or cuttings, you can read more about propagating by these means here:
