Q.can i bring back purple fountain grass after it turns brown

Zone northeast Jersey | denisewino added on July 21, 2012 | Answered

Had my purple fountain grass in the garage and I forgot about it. Took it out this morning and the leaves are all brown. Is there any hope in bringing it back to life?

How long had it been neglected? If it wasn't too long a period, there is a chance that a good soaking will revive it. Unfortunately, you might need to replace it in the event that it doesn't show signs of life.
