Q.Can Dusty Miller Plants Be Moved Inside For Winter ?

My dusty miller plants have survived the winter for 3 years. I live in zone 5. I always cut them back and mulch. This year they have propagated and are now 8 to 14 inches tall. Can I dig them up and keep inside for the winter in a sunny window, then replant in the spring ?

Yes, you can move them indoors for the winter. You also can take cuttings and grow new plants during the winter. I am surprised they survived a zone 5 winter. They normally are hardy only to zone 8.
