Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have two Carolina Jessamine Vines planted in the perfect spot in my yard with mostly sun and cool soil but they aren’t growing. I think the soil may need conditioning and am wanting to dig them up, condition soil and replant. Will that help?
