Q.Can a heavy infestation of white flies on sago palms be killed?
I have about 20 medium size sago palms lining my driveway. 2 have exteme infestations of white flies (underside of fronds almost completely white and also much white on the stalk of the plant). 2 or 3 more have smaller infestations. I have 2 questions:
1. Is neem oil what I should use?
2. Should I cut all the fronds off of the heavily infested plants or will they survive if I saturate the underside with the neem oil?
I just hate to cut all the fronds. Some are even new ones just beginning to grow. But I will cut them on your advice.

Yes, you can use neem oil. Here are some other suggestions you can do along with the neem oil. I wouldn't cut off any fronds unless none of these options work.
