Camellia leaves

The leaves on my camellia Bush aredusty and look like they should be wiped clean – all of the leaves

There are many buds – one has blossomed. We are in a drought – it has not had a lot of water

You can spray these off with water. This will be the easiest way to do this, unless you wipe each one by hand. Use a spray mister if possible.
