Camellia japonica ‘Drama Girl has petal blight and the leaves look droopy and some leaves are yellowing and falling off

I'm sorry, but this looks like ringspot virus. This is a viral infection known to infect camellias, and unfortunately cannot be cured. With proper management, you will extend it's lifespan quite a bit. Fungicides can help just a little bit. Keeping infected leaves pruned away will help, drastically. As will removing any debris from around it. It is worth noting that this virus is specific to camellias and will not spread to anything else, but it can remain in the soil for years. When it eventually succumbs to the disease, you will not be able to plant camellias there.
