Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI was given a camellia bush for Christmas. It is in a pot and covered in buds. Due to the extreme weather, I have kept it on the windowsill in a cool room. Some of the buds have now started to open and although the coldest weather has gone for the moment, I am unsure whether to put it outside or will this cause the buds to fall off. What is the best thing to do?

I would definitely keep it indoors. Provide it with as much light and humidity as you can to keep it blooming. If you place it outside in cold weather, it will die and while it may be a bit warmer now, there will most likely be more cold weather coming.
