Bulb leaves are curling and wilting. In fact, some are just breaking off.

Check the soil. Calla Lilies soil should be moist, but never soggy.
Curling leaves can also indicate lack of sunlight or insects and disease.
Inspect the plant for any signs of insect damage.
Cool and wet conditions can cause a fungus and root rot.
