Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comA new gardener was hired to cut the grass and tidy up my calla lily plants as the leaves were starting to drrop. When I came back home, I was devastated to see that he had cut the calla lily plants down to a stump – all the leaves have been cut off. Is there any way that I can grow the plant back or will I have to uproot it and start all over again?

I see that you are in Ireland, and your particular area resides in the equivalency of our USDA zones 8-9. With this being said, your Callas will be hardy and come back, likely. I would not worry much.

Yes, I'm in Ireland so wasn't sure if the cold temperature may mean it might not return. Thanks so much for your help and the article links – really appreciate it!
